It seems that 20-year-old Dustin Spurlock has some trouble connecting the dots.
Spurlock brought a marijuana plant to the police in Elyria, Ohio to inform them that someone had stolen the plant. He had managed to get it back, but still apparently wished to press charges.
As you may have guessed, it was Spurlock who would up getting arrested, on charges of possession.
The officers' analysis is a glory of understatement:
Folks, I don't make 'em up, I jsut report 'em.
